General

Add a patient
Create a patient record with the few details the form needs, avoid a duplicate, and finish the rest of the record afterward.
Find and manage your patient list
Search and sort the patient list, preview a patient without opening the record, and reach the archive, merge and delete actions.
Archive, restore or delete a patient
Take an inactive patient out of the everyday list, bring them back, or permanently delete a record and know exactly what deletion removes and keeps.
Concession types
Create the concessions your clinic offers, such as Student or Pensioner, as the first of three steps to charging reduced rates automatically.
Merge duplicate patients
Combine two records for the same person into one, keeping every appointment, invoice, note and document, and know what happens to the record that goes.
Set concession prices on services
Give each billable service a reduced price per concession, so a patient with that concession is invoiced the lower amount automatically.
Assign a concession to a patient
Set a patient's concession on their Billing section so every invoice from then on uses the concession prices, and check why a discount isn't appearing.
Edit a patient's details
Update identity, contact, referral, tags, related patients, communication preferences and custom fields on the Details section, and what to do if someone else edited at the same time.
See what changed on a patient's record
Two records of activity on a patient: the change history of their details, and the History of who viewed, printed or downloaded their record.
Preferred name and pronouns
Record the name a patient goes by and their pronouns, and know where each is and isn't used.
Patient time zones
Give a patient who lives in another time zone their own, so their messages and cancellation page show the right local time.
Relate patients to one another
Link family members and other connected patients on a record, with the relationship named, and know the link only shows where you add it.
A patient's communication preferences
Set which automatic messages a patient receives and by which channel, their marketing consent and their privacy policy answer, and understand how these interact with the clinic's templates.
Custom patient fields
Add your own sections and fields to every patient record, per location, with the field types available and where the answers appear.
Referral sources
Keep a short list of how patients find you, set one on each patient, and read the result in the New patients by source report.
Contacts: referring doctors and other people outside the clinic
Keep referring doctors, specialists, suppliers and other outside people in one list, and use them as a patient's referring doctor or a letter's recipient.
Give a patient a copy of their records
Email a patient a secure link to see and download what the clinic holds about them, and revoke it if it was sent in error.
