Calendar sync problems are nearly always one of five things: an expired connection, the horizon, a reassigned appointment, Apple's refresh delay, or expecting it to work backward. The table matches the symptom to the fix.

Check Check connection on the app. If it reports healthy and a specific appointment still won't appear, open that appointment, save it again to trigger a push, then contact support with the appointment date and practitioner.
