The saved card pays the subscription and tops up SMS credit. Add the new card before removing the old one and nothing lapses.

Saved cards

Open Settings, then Payments. Add a card to enable subscription billing and SMS auto top-up. Cards are stored by Stripe, Powered by Stripe, and ClinyPal keeps only the brand and last four digits.

Add payment method

Enter the Card details; Card saved confirms it. A card may be checked with a small temporary authorization.

Set the default

The default card pays renewals and auto top-ups. Add the new card before removing the old one.

Remove a card

This card will be removed. If it was set for SMS auto top-up, that will be disabled. The subscription needs at least one card to renew.

Transactions

The list shows every charge and credit: Subscription, SMS Top-up and Proration Credit, filterable by type. Charges and credits will appear here once billing starts. Receipts for subscription payments are emailed to the business email. SMS top-up rules are under SMS credits and settings.
