A marketing list that only contains patients who opted in is a list you can use. Connecting Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Zoho Campaigns keeps it that way automatically.
Connect and choose the list
Select the app under Apps Integration and Connect
Mailchimp, HubSpot and Zoho Campaigns approve on their own page. Brevo uses an API Key from its Settings > SMTP & API page; HubSpot can also take an Access token from a private app under Settings > Integrations > Private Apps.
Pick the List or Contact list
The audience the patients go into. It must already exist: Create a static list in HubSpot, then reopen this panel; the same for Brevo. Save.
Sync patients
Pushes everyone eligible now; after that new opt-ins are added as they happen. Synced 312 patient(s) confirms it.
Who is synced
Only patients who've opted in to marketing emails are synced. That's the marketing consent on the patient's record, not merely having an email address, so the list stays compliant. A patient who withdraws consent in ClinyPal is removed at the next sync; one who unsubscribes in the tool isn't changed in ClinyPal, so check both before a campaign. Also sync archived patients includes archived records, off by default. Broadcasts sent from ClinyPal itself don't need any of this; see Send a broadcast.
