The Appointments area gives a patient-centred view of upcoming and past bookings and opens the live scheduler when a booking needs action.

The Appointments area in its normal view before any item is selected or edited.
Review the timeline

Start with upcoming appointments
Check date, time, practitioner, type, location, and status.

Review past appointments
Use the past section for visit history. Choose Load more when older appointments remain.

Expand grouped bookings
When an appointment contains related patients or sessions, expand it to review those entries.

Open the live appointment

Choose the appointment
The scheduler opens at that booking.

Make the change on the scheduler
Use the appointment controls there for rescheduling, status, cancellation, billing, telehealth, or other available actions.

Return to the record
Reopen Appointments to confirm the updated history.
The selected booking opened on the scheduler with its current details.
Things worth knowing
- The record shows appointment history; the scheduler is the place to change a booking.
- An appointment status is meaningful only if staff record outcomes consistently.
