Maintain billing details

1

Choose Edit

Review the current opening balance, concession type, referral source, and invoice email.

2

Change only verified information

A concession affects eligible service pricing; the invoice email controls where future invoice emails are addressed.

3

Save and check the header or account

Confirm the financial information now displays as expected.

Things worth knowing

  • An opening balance represents an amount brought into ClinyPal; do not use it in place of a normal invoice or payment.
  • Detailed invoice creation, payment, sending, status, voiding, and write-off tasks have separate billing guides.
