Add a medical alert

Choose Add in Medical alerts
Select the alert type, enter the message, and choose severity.

Save the alert
The alert becomes available for clinical review.

Make an old alert inactive
Edit it and choose Mark as inactive when it should remain in history but no longer be current.

Record health information

Choose Add in Health records
Select a category and enter a clear title.

Add useful detail
Record dosage, reaction, or other context and mark whether it is currently active.

Link an appointment when relevant
Choose the related appointment if the information arose during a visit.

Record vital signs

Choose Record vitals
Enter only measurements actually taken.

Complete the available values
Height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and notes are available.

Save and review
Confirm units and values in the saved entry.

Things worth knowing
- Clinical information should be factual, attributed, and recorded in the appropriate area.
- Deleting a clinical entry is different from making it inactive; use the least destructive option that meets the need.
