Create a letter

Choose New letter

Select the correct template.

Supply the context

Choose the appointment and practitioner when the template needs those details.

Continue to the editor

Review every filled placeholder and edit the letter for this patient.

Save

Reopen the letter and confirm the final content.

Share or retain the letter

Review the saved letter

Confirm patient, recipient, dates, clinical wording, and sign-off.

Choose a destination

Create a PDF, email the letter, or export to Google Drive or OneDrive when the connected option is available.

Archive when appropriate

Archive removes it from the active list; include archived letters and restore one if needed.

Things worth knowing

  • AI may help draft template wording, but the final patient letter must be checked by an authorised person.
  • Export destinations are available only when the corresponding clinic app is connected.
